Brian Roberts – Partner

Born and raised in the Midwest, Brian graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Liberal Arts and went on to attend the Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois, finishing his law degree in 1997.

Brian has been assisting clients in handling cases throughout the area ever since. Brian focuses his practice primarily on family law, criminal defense, and DUI, but also accepts personal injury and automobile accident cases.

Brian Roberts travels to the following counties: Jackson, Williamson, Saline, Union, Randolph, Franklin, Washington, Pulaski, and Alexander. He also practices in the Fifth District Appellate Court and appears for formal hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State.
